How much can I earn?
Earnings vary by hours worked, region and shift type. Drivers keep 78% of every fare after CareDrive's 22% platform fee. Weekly earning statements are itemised in the Partner app.
When do I get paid?
Weekly. Payouts run every Wednesday for the previous Monday-Sunday period and land in your nominated bank account within 1-2 business days.
What documents do I need?
Australian driver licence, right-to-work evidence, National Police Check, NSW Driving History, comprehensive vehicle insurance, roadworthy vehicle inspection and photo ID. NDIS Worker Screening is required to transport NDIS participants.
How long does activation take?
Most drivers complete activation within 5-10 business days once documents are uploaded. Our operations team reviews each submission and lets you know exactly what's outstanding.
Can I choose when I drive?
Yes. You control your availability from the Partner app. Set your online hours, accept only the trips that suit you, and take breaks whenever you need.
What support do I get?
Every partner has access to our operations team via in-app chat and a dedicated support phone line during shift hours.
